Subject to these terms, we offer refunds/replacements on the purchase of goods for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund or replacement, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at [email protected] stating the reason for your return and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, other than for a faulty item, you will be responsible for the additional shipping.
